A powerful story about isolation and how you see a part of yourself reflected in Superheroes.

What is fascinating to me is how multi-faceted Superheroes are.

I think different people identify with different sides of them. For example, I know of men in my life with a particular affinity to Spiderman. Peter Parker was a nerdy, small kid who magically became a badass superhero. Men and women want to think something like that is possible.

I personally also love Superheroes, and have since I was a child. But its not their anger that I love. Its that so many of them begin as regular humans and become something more, something special.

Whatever we all see in Superheroes, I applaud your thought provoking piece.
