As a woman coming from a predominantly male industry, it is too easy for me at times to only see the female side. I do know of colleagues — good, socially awkward, well meaning men — who are afraid to be alone with female colleagues. They would hate for their social inept-ness to be misinterpreted.

Still a long way to go for women, and a lot of education needed for everyone. But this is a great reminder that there are two sides to every story.
