Bryan, I applaud you for taking your own health into your own hands. Only you can decide the right choices for you.

I do want to say, though, that you should not fear that people will “make” you take drugs, or you “have” to stay on them. Doctors, psychologists, and any one else do not have power over you. They can offer their advice and opinions, but that’s it. Accept their opinions as part of your fact finding mission. Use their input to make the best choice that you can for yourself. Understand the outcomes of each choice, and decide which one you want.
