Great piece and I totally agree. One question though — why did you focus on moms with kids under 5? The juggle doesn’t stop once kids enter school. If anything, the logistics become more complicated. Because there is no longer one place or person all day. It becomes a mosaic. With the constant requirement that you leave work for parent teacher conferences, school plays, baseball games, and the like.

Great work, but think about this for a future article.
