Hey Jordan! Interesting question. I think one of the first steps that can be really helpful is just to keep track of things to start. It can be hard to adjust your mind to thinking about “profitability” from the beginning. But if you start first with saying, once a week or once a month I will keep track of all the ins & outs (what time or money that I have spent, and on exactly what). That can give you an opportunity to take a look at what you have done and see if there are any trends or correlations. (I spent $10 on this but it didn’t get me anywhere, but I spent 5 hours doing this coaching program and it helped me reach XYZ). Once you have a handle on what you have done, it can help you start to think about what you will do or want to do with intention.
Hope that is helpful!
