Hey Saidi Anas, I personally do not use any apps. I know there are a lot of them, but I do much better with a simple piece of paper. For me it is literally a piece of notebook paper. I just list out all the to-dos, and then at the bottom I will literally put together the entire day so that every minute is scheduled — even if its just telling me that I am showering/getting dressed from 8:30a-9a.

But there are tons of planners out there that can create a structure for you too…
