Hi Ashleigh, thanks for responding!

Two things here. First, understand that planning and execution are two separate tasks. So, you should, in advance, make a plan that includes enjoying coffee and reading in the morning. And then also plan in advance for a set time to start working on whatever you need to do. So that you can still enjoy your time without guilt. And then when the clock strikes “whatever”, you know its time to move on.

The second thing is I think its so great that you are using a timer. I use them all the time. Either to figure out how long something will take. Or, to tell myself when the time is up and its time to do the next thing. Time is such a tricky, slippery thing. So good work on planning to use the timer on your phone!

Good luck!
