I agree that people have their own natural sleep cycles and there’s nothing you can do about it. I will tell you that I’m an extreme morning person, and that is valued in the current productivity-obsessed culture. But, when I was in college and in my 20’s, it actually made me extremely “uncool”. I would fall asleep in bars, with loud bands playing. I would beg to go home by 10pm when parties were just getting started. Everyone gets judged. So bottom line, we all just have to do what’s right for ourselves, and stop worrying about what other people think or say.
