I suggest that you spend a little time picking one or two intentional goals/ projects. Before you jump into anything. Think about the big picture. What are you trying to achieve? What are your life priorities? And why? Figure those out first. Write them down on a piece of paper. Put them on a sticky note near your desk or on your computer monitor. And then you will be in a better position to redirect yourself when you find yourself jumping from place to place. You can remind yourself the direction you want to go, what is important, and why.

Just a small starting place, but I hope that helps.
