So, why doesn’t it feel like it’s enough? what do you feel like you’re not getting in your “me” time? Perhaps take a closer look at that. And remember, “me” time means you’re not thinking/worrying/ruminating on work or something else. It means you’re allowing yourself to relax and disconnect. If you’re still worrying in the background, the time doesn’t feel as energizing, it can still feel draining.
