You’re welcome! What I would suggest: pick one thing. Write down every task you think is associated with that one thing. Doesn’t even have to be in order. For example: making pasta.

Get pasta out of cupboard. Boil water. Put pasta in water. Set timer for 10 minutes. Put strainer in sink. When timer goes off, put pasta into strainer.

It feels very specific, but only when you get down to the nitty gritty can you figure out exactly what you need to do. So plan out all the steps first. Then just follow what you’ve written down.
